Dance tunes in here are the sort to be found in the British Isles, Ireland, Mainland Europe, America, Australia and many other places - playable on fiddles, pipes, melodeons, whistles, etc. - usually built up of 8-bar phrases - often used for dancing - anything from Playford to O'Carolan, from the Bush Dance tune to the Strathspey.
