Dance is great. We dance for joy! We've always danced, as long as any of us can remember.

Where is the most folk dancing done? At Weddings.

Some people call them barn dances, some call them ceilidhs, or even the American term 'Hoe Down' and that's a good name, referring as it does to stopping work with your hoe and tripping the light fantastic.

Some people dance on their own - Clog Dancing, Step Dancing and from the western side of the Atlantic pond, Flat Footing.

Then there's Morris, Longsword and Rapper dancing.
