Billy Cooper
Billy Cooper (1883-1964) of Hingham in Norfolk was one of the most well known and influential English hammered dulcimer players.

On this CD version, Billy plays many tracks as part of a band with the Bulwers, Reg Hall, Russell Worley and Mervyn Plunkett, and four solo performances.
