To answer my own question, the required extension has not been installed on this server (<ref> not listed under Parser extension tags at [[Special:Version]]) - see | |||

Andyturner 13:31, 30 April 2007 (BST) To answer my own question, the required extension has not been installed on this server (<ref> not listed under Parser extension tags at Special:Version) - see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Footnotes#Compatibility_with_other_MediaWiki_sites I'll leave the refs on the Bert Lloyd page alone for the moment.
