Edward Brodie (Ned) Pearson b 1875, the Dovecot, Wallington, Cambo, (near Morpeth), Northumberland. Fiddler. Son of a carpenter, became progressively footman, valet, quarryman, forester, gamekeeper. Sometime pupil of Robert Whinham. Recorded by Peter Kennedy in 1954
