%%Editorial notes: This fragment, unidentifiable as to its source or date, is unmistakeably 
%%in RVW's hand. That said, it is clearly recognizable as a version of "The Ship in Distress". 
%%Whence RVW obtained this melody is uncertain, though George Butterworth collected 
%%a related version in 1907 in Sussex. The latter's version can be found on p. 96 of the  
%%"Penguin Book of English Folk Songs" (RVW & A L Lloyd, eds.) (London: Penguin, 1959)
%% and here in the Butterworth collection with the reference GB/6a/185.
